Delivery and installation
Everything is made to order in our workshop and shipped direct to your practice, flat-packed, by courier or pallet. If you would like it fitted, our own installers can quote.

How it arrives
Two ways your order reaches you.
Which one applies depends on the size and weight of the order. We confirm it when the order is acknowledged.
Smaller orders
Courier
Single units and smaller orders travel by tracked courier in protective packaging. Someone needs to be there to sign for them.
Larger orders
Pallet
Larger orders arrive on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are kerbside: the driver will not carry goods inside the building, so please have people available to receive and move them.
X-ray doors
Kerbside or into the room
Lead-lined doors are heavy. They ship on a pallet, either kerbside or as a booked two-person delivery into the room. You choose in the configurator.
What happens when
From order to your door.
You order, we acknowledge
You receive an order confirmation straight away and an acknowledgement from us with the expected dispatch date.
We make it
Your cabinets are made to order in our workshop in Motherwell. Typical dispatch is 7 to 10 days from the order being confirmed.
We book the delivery
We tell you when it is leaving and how it is travelling. For pallet deliveries we agree a day with you first.
You check it on arrival
Count the packages and look for damage to the packaging before you sign. If anything looks wrong, note it on the driver's paperwork and tell us the same day, with photographs.
Installation
Fitted by your contractor, or by us.
Option one
Your own fitter
Cabinets arrive flat-packed with their fixings. A competent joiner or shopfitter can assemble and fit them using our assembly guide.

Option two
Our installers
Our own team can assemble and fit. Out-of-hours fitting can be arranged if the practice is working. Installation is priced per job, because it depends on the rooms, access and services.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout from the size of your order and your postcode, and shown before you pay.
Do you deliver to the Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland?
Yes in most cases, but timings and cost differ. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm both.
Can I collect from the workshop?
Collection from Motherwell can be arranged by appointment. Ask us when you order.
What if something arrives damaged?
Tell us as soon as you can, ideally the same day, with photographs of the packaging and the damage. We will repair or replace it. See our guarantee and returns page for the detail.
