Shipping policy

We make every order in our Motherwell workshop and deliver to addresses across the UK. Full details are on our Delivery and installation page.

Lead times
Orders are made to order and are normally dispatched 7 to 10 days from order confirmation. All delivery times are estimates. We will contact you if your order is going to take longer.

Delivery cost
Delivery is calculated at checkout from the size of your order and your postcode, and is shown before you pay.

How your order is delivered
Courier: Single units and smaller orders travel by tracked courier in protective packaging. Someone needs to be there to sign for them.
Pallet: Larger orders arrive on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are kerbside: the driver will not carry goods inside.
X-ray doors: X-ray doors are delivered on a pallet, either kerbside or as a booked two-person delivery to the room.

Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We can deliver to the Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland in most cases, but timings and cost differ, so please contact us before ordering.

When your order arrives
Count the packages and check the packaging for damage before you sign. Note any damage or missing packages with the driver, then tell us as soon as you can, ideally the same day, with photographs of the packaging and the damage. See our Refund policy for what happens next.

Installation
You can assemble and fit your order yourself using the guide supplied, or have it fitted by our own team. Fitting is quoted separately for each project. Contact us for a quote.
