Refund policy

Everything we sell is made in our Motherwell workshop and covered by a 12-month guarantee from the day it is delivered. Full details of the guarantee are on our Guarantee and returns page.

Faulty or damaged items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery paperwork before you sign, then email hello@cabentra.uk as soon as you can, ideally the same day, with your order number and photographs of the packaging and the damage. If an item develops a fault within the 12-month guarantee, email us with your order number and photographs. Where an item is faulty or arrived damaged, we will repair it, replace the affected parts or replace the unit, at our expense.

The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear; damage from misuse, impact or standing water; unsuitable cleaning chemicals; installation errors by others; or alterations made after delivery.

Consumers: 14-day right to cancel
If you are buying as an individual rather than a business, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging. To cancel, email hello@cabentra.uk with your order number and we will tell you where to send the goods. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method.

Items made to your specification, including bespoke sizes and X-ray doors, cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Business customers
Orders placed by businesses cannot be cancelled or returned once confirmed. Faulty and damaged items are covered as set out above.

Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow a few extra days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
